Marcela’s Bio:

By day, Marcela Hermosillo-Tarin is a dedicated Employee Engagement Manager driven to improve change management, culture, and leadership development. With her past success in learning and development roles for both the state of Iowa and Forbes 500 companies. Marcela was part of the Leadership Institute for a New Century (LINC) class of 2017 and the Greater Des Moines Partnership Institute class of 2016.

She also has numerous other talents including chess and soccer as well as a special spot reserved for her beloved family - husband, two children and their dog, Coco.

In spite of what she already has on her plate, Marcela still finds time to embark on remodeling and home staging projects with her and her husband's company Serenity by Design (SBD). The goal of SBD is to create spaces that give people the opportunity to reach their goals and create their own safe haven.

Ms. Hermosillo-Tarin was recently selected as one of the 2023 40 under 40 honorees.

Either way, we're here for you, from start to finish. We'll do everything from getting your place ready for staging and designing it to getting the construction done flawlessly. And once everything's done, we'll make sure everything stays where it belongs until the next time something breaks down or needs a little bit of TLC (which is inevitable).
